A 30% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The balance will be due upon arrival. In the event of cancellation, you will receive your deposit amount minus $25 if the cancellation is made within 30 days of the arrival date. If the cancellation is within 10 days of the arrival date, we will retain the deposit. If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of arrival date, you will be charged for one night.
If you do not arrive for your reservation you will be charged for the full reservation rate.
