Bartlett Falls is a popular swimming hole along the New Haven River two miles from downtown. This one bedroom pet-free suite on the third floor of the historic Dunshee building combines cozy charm with modern conveniences. The fully-furnished suite has high ceilings, abundance of natural light, views of Main Street and Deerleap Mountain, full private bath (shower over tub), queen-size bed, fully-equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, A/C window unit, free WiFi,  and convenient walk to everything downtown.

An on-site Exercise Room and Laundry Room are available on the premises for use by our guests.  Off street parking is available for one car per suite.  The Bartlett Falls Suite is a smoke-free and pet-free environment.
